1. Acceptance of Terms & Services Provided
By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or allowing POLE Initiative LLC (“Company”) to perform services on your property, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Services include house washing (vinyl siding, brick, stucco, wood, painted surfaces), driveway and sidewalk cleaning (concrete, brick, asphalt, pavers), patio and pool deck cleaning (concrete, stone, pavers, wood/composite decking), garage floor cleaning (concrete and sealed surfaces), soft washing for delicate surfaces, garbage can and dumpster cleaning, and commercial pressure washing. The Company may refuse service on unsafe, severely damaged, or inaccessible surfaces.
2. Pricing, Payments, Scheduling & Cancellations
Pricing is based on square footage, surface type (concrete, brick, asphalt, pavers, vinyl, stucco, wood, stone, painted/sealed), condition, staining, accessibility, and labor. Final pricing is confirmed before service. Payment is due upon completion via major cards or approved online platforms. Cancellations/reschedules require 24-hour notice; same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. No refunds for services already performed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access
Customer must provide safe access, secure pets and belongings, move vehicles/furniture, ensure water/power access if needed, and disclose pre-existing damage (cracks, loose concrete, failing mortar, peeling paint, damaged siding, unstable pavers, deteriorated wood). Failure to prepare may cause delays, partial service, or added fees.
4. Surface Condition Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Pressure/soft washing may reveal pre-existing issues (cracks, oxidation, peeling paint, loose mortar, failing sealant, water intrusion from existing gaps, aged or improperly installed materials). POLE Initiative LLC is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear, prior repairs, improper installation, or structural defects. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service; no liability for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Policies, Tips & Law
Policies may change; continued use equals acceptance. Tips/gratuities may be accepted and do not affect service obligations. Governed by Georgia law.
